Pac-Man is an animated television series produced by Hanna-Barbera. It is based on the arcade video game created by Namco of the same name and was the first cartoon based on a video game to be created. Developed for Saturday morning television, the series originally premiered on ABC from 1982 to 1983 and ran for 44 episodes over two seasons.
