Space Ace is an interactive animated laserdisc video game produced by Don Bluth. It was released in arcades in December of 1983 and follows the adventures of Ace, a heroic space pilot battling the evil commander Borf, as players controlled the hero’s actions by moving the joystick or pressing the fire button at precise moments during the game's animated sequences.
